The AndonBOX & Light Kit from Werma contains all the necessary components to create an Andon system. It can indicate line status, show when a supervisor or engineer is required, and allow operators to stop production for quality issues. The AndonBOX & Light Kit is a 24V system which allows up to 4 tiers to be switched. The mains power supply has interchangeable adaptors for EU, UK and North America, and has a 100-240V input range making it suitable for most countries. A simple call system for various applications such as manual workstations Colour coded switches for intuitive status activation For use with a signal tower installed away from the AndonBOX Universal power supply and interchangeable adaptors enable worldwide use Supplied with AndonBOX, mains powered plug-top supply, pre-terminated 5m cable for plug-and play connection, terminal element, 3 permanent LED light elements (red, yellow, green), base, wall bracket and support tube.
