Return Policy


Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange (exceptions apply). We may update or modify our return policy in the future to better serve our customers and adapt to changing needs. Any changes made will be communicated on the website to ensure transparency and provide you with the most up-to-date information. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within Fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at sales@enrgtech.co.uk to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) form. After receiving an RMA form, please fill the form accordingly and place the item securely in its original packaging and the return form provided, then mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least Fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

For Business Clients (B2B)

  • Restocking Fee: For returns due to reasons such as no longer required, incorrect parts ordered by the client, or ordering mistakes, a 20% restocking fee will be applied. Refunds will be processed less the restocking fee, and shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Return Shipping: Clients are responsible for returning parts to us at their own expense.
  • Defective Items or Shipping Errors: If the item is defective or we shipped the wrong parts, we will arrange for collection at no cost to you by providing prepaid UPS labels. Once the parts arrive at our warehouse and pass inspection, refunds will be made within 14 days.

For Consumer Clients (B2C)

  • Full Refund: If you are an end-user (B2C), we will issue a full refund regardless of the reason for return, as long as the return complies with our standard return policies.
  • Return Shipping: Consumers are generally responsible for the shipping charges of returning items unless the item is defective or the wrong part was shipped, in which case we will provide a prepaid UPS label and handle the return shipping.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Broken, Used, Damaged by the customers
