The Huco 452H57-52, featuring a 25 mm bore and 57 mm outside diameter, delivers precision alignment and backlash-free torque transfer in demanding industrial applications. As a component of Huco’s renowned Oldham coupling system, this hub is compatible with interchangeable torque discs and hub styles, ensuring flexibility, longevity, and cost-efficiency.
Designed for systems prone to angular, radial, or axial misalignment, the Oldham design employs a sacrificial disc, cheap and easy to replace, to preserve hub integrity and reduce maintenance downtime.
Crafted from robust aluminium, the 452H57‑52 hub provides corrosion resistance and lightweight durability. Its thoughtful material choice ensures reliability in rotating assemblies while enabling long service intervals.
Engineered with tight tolerances, this hub supports bore sizes from 12 mm to 30 mm, with a maximum bore of 30 mm (1.181 in) and a minimum of 12 mm (0.472 in). It ensures a precise, snug fit on shafts, minimising isolation errors and improving alignment accuracy.
Installation is straightforward: the hub uses M6 fastener screws, torqued to approximately 19 Nm (171 lb‑in), for secure, maintenance‑friendly assembly.
