These "First line" hand-crimped bootlace ferrules are designed to maintain and repair electrical installations and cable assemblies and are used when cables reach their ends (such as in electrical installations). The copper wires may sustain damage if the loose wires of a stripped cable are not bundled and shielded with a bootlace ferrule. The ergonomic ratchet device creates trapezoidal crimps with various cable sizes from 0.25 mm² to 50.0 mm².
We stock tools suitable for both right and left-handed operations, such as:

Axles and other moving parts should be lubricated regularly to ensure this tool's performance and long life. At least every 10,000 cycles, lubrication is recommended when the equipment is exposed to dust or other contaminants.
Adjustments to the crimp die nests should be checked. If the preload of the device is reduced, the axis of pressure change must be adjusted.
Note: It is crucial to use non-mineral oils
