Electronics Varnishes

Electronic varnishes are essential protective coatings, and valuable tools utilised in the electronics industry to enhance the function of electronic components and circuit boards. These varnishes work by forming a protective layer over sensitive electronic parts, shielding them from environmental factors like moisture, dust, chemicals, and temperature variations. By insulating and sealing components, electronic varnishes prevent corrosion, reduce electrical leakage, and improve the overall performance of devices. Typically composed of resins, solvents, and other additives, these varnishes are available in different types to cater to various needs, such as heat resistance, insulation, and enhanced dielectric strength.

How Do Electronics Varnishes Work?

  • Form a protective layer over electronic components.
  • Prevent moisture, dust, and chemicals from damaging sensitive parts.
  • Enhance dielectric strength and reduce electrical leakage.
  • Improve heat resistance and insulation properties.

Our Range of Premium-grade Electronic Varnishes Include

  • Acrylic Varnishes: Excellent moisture resistance.
  • Epoxy Varnishes: High strength and heat resistance.

Electrically Conductive Paint This silver conductive paint is primarily used to repair PCB tracks or manually draw a simple circuit. The paint can be used in various ways including to paint-on an electrical screen, or to make electrical connections on non-solderable surfaces. Product Features ● Touch-dry in around 10 min and usable within your circuit in 30 minutes. ● For full mechanical and electrical properties you should bake it once it is dry at between 121°C to 148°C for 5 mins to 10 mins. Product Warnings This paint is flammable. How to repair a damaged PCB trace ● Identify the damaged area. ● Remove the damaged solder and PCB trace using a scalpel or sharp knife. ● Clean the affected area with a lint-free cloth and isopropyl alcohol. ● Shake bottle vigorously before beginning and replace bottle cap when not in use. ● Paint the new trace (for very fine trace lines, use electrical tape to mask off the area and remove once painted for a clean straight line). ● Leave for 30 minutes then bake for 5 to 10 minutes for maximum mechanical and electrical properties. Note Shake vigorously before using and replace cap when not in use. Warning Flammable
