MAX31865 Resistance Temperature Detector (RTD) to Digital Converter
The MAX31865 from Maxim Integrated is a resistance-to-digital converter optimized for platinum resistance temperature detectors (RTDs). This device utilises a precision delta-sigma analogue-to-digital converter (ADC) to convert the ratio of the RTD resistance versus the reference resistance into digital form. This reference resistance is set through the application of an external resistor.
