Honeywell MPR Series Pressure Sensors The MPR Series is a very small piezoresistive silicon pressure sensor offering a digital output for reading pressure over the specified full scale pressure span and temperature range. It is calibrated and compensated over a specific temperature range for sensor offset, sensitivity, temperature effects, and non-linearity using an on-board Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC). This product is designed to meet the requirements of higher volume medical (consumer and non-consumer) devices and commercial appliance applications. Honeywell TruStability® HSC Series High-acuracy Pressure Sensor The HSC series has been designed to offer the user a highly accurate piezo-resistive silicon pressure sensor. It produces a ratiometric analogue or digital output signal proportional to pressure over the specified full scale pressure span and temperature range. This provides a highly accurate reading of ±1% total error band. These sensors are able to measure absolute, gage or differential pressures. They are designed for use with non-corrosive, non-ionic gases, such as air and other dry gases. Honeywell TruStability® SSC Series Pressure Sensors The TruStability® Standard Accuracy Silicon Ceramic (SSC) series are piezo-resistive silicon pressure sensors. They have have been designed to offer digital outputs for reading pressure which will be over a specified pressure and temperature range. The devices are fully calibrated during manufacture via an on-board ASIC and are compensated for sensing offset, sensitivity, temperature effects and non-linearity. Calibrated output values for pressure are updated at approximately 2 kHz. The units have been calibrated to operate within a temperature range of -20 to +85 °C and operate from a single power supply of either 3.3 or 5.0 V DC. The range includes units for measuring differential and gauge pressure, differential versions allow application of pressure to either side of the sensing diaphragm whilst gauge versions are referenced to atmospheric pressure and provide an output proportional to pressure variations from atmosphere.
