The ROHM BR24G1M series is 1 Mbit serial EEPROM works at wide limit of operating voltage of 1.7 V to 5.5 V, frequency of 1MHz, have I2C bus interface and can be used in AV equipment, OA equipment, telecommunication equipment and home electronic appliances applications.
All controls available by 2 ports of serial clock (SCL) and serial data (SDA)
