Battery Connectors
Battery connectors are the connectors designed to connect two or more devices in a situation where a rechargeable battery is required. Often, batteries need several connectors to interface batteries to electronic equipment or personal digital assistants (PDA). They are utilized in compact units like the industries concerned with motor vehicles, laptops, medical equipment, test equipment, and computing.

They are available in different colors such as black, blue, red, gray, and yellow, with two types of body orientation, straight and vertical. They are made from Brass, Copper, and Copper Alloy as contact materials, with through-hole, cable mount, surface mount, panel mount, and feed-through mounting types.
Operation of Battery Connectors:
Battery-connectors are comprised of colour-coded housings and automatic mechanical keys designed to stop a pair of different voltage housings (colour-coded) from pairing. The contacts are built from different metals, and battery connectors are end-to-end collectible with those contacts. Furthermore, the battery terminals are precisely planned to fit both the positive and negative terminals of the battery with long cycle life.
Applications of Battery Connectors:
The uses of battery-connectors are not limited to just compression and sliding modular contacts; they are also widely used for non-battery-related applications. These batteries can have their electrical energy restored by connection to a power supply.
