Minotaur MSR127RTP Safety Relay, Single Channel The MSR127RTP is a single function safety relay that can be connected in three different input wiring configurations: one normally closed, two normally closed, or with two PNP connections from a light curtain. When connected in the two normally closed configuration, the MSR127RTP checks for cross faults across the two inputs. When connected to light curtains, the light curtain must perform the cross fault detection. The MSR127RP relay has a monitored manual reset whereas the MSR127TP relay has an automatic/manual reset. Models with automatic/manual reset can have the reset jumpered or can be converted to an unmonitored manual reset by adding a normally open switch in the monitoring loop. Models with monitored manual reset provide checking of the output monitoring circuit. The outputs of the relay include three normally open safety-rated outputs as well as one normally closed auxiliary output. The safety outputs have independent and redundant internal contacts to support the safety function. The auxiliary output is a non-safety output intended to provide an external signal about the status of the safety outputs. Can be connected in three different input wiring configurations: 1 N/C, 2 N/C, or with 2 PNP connections from a light curtain. SIRIUS 3SK1 Advanced Safety Relay - Configurable The safety relays of the Advanced series comprise basic devices and input and output expansions. The Advanced devices can be connected by means of a 3ZY12 device connector. When configuring the system, it must be ensured that input expansions are always mounted on the left, and output expansions (3SK121) on the right of the basic unit. For control supply voltages of 110-240 Vac/dc, the Advanced series can be supplied with the necessary 24 Vdc voltage from the 3SK1230 power supply (which must be positioned on the extreme left in the system). The focus of the Advanced relay series is on: single devices that can be flexibly parameterized, expandability using 3ZY12 device connector on both input and output side and basic units with time-delayed enabling circuits / outputs. On the front of the 3SK1 Advanced basic units, there is a 4-way DIP switch for function setting and 4 LEDs for status and function display. A Set / Reset button can be used to load function settings and to perform a device restart (reset). On commissioning, the devices run a self test in which the internal electronics and firmware are checked for correct functioning. All internal parts of the circuit are cyclically monitored for faults during operation. The semiconductor outputs run through a dark test for up to 2 ms (dynamically) to verify their correct function.
