The Semikron SKKH 106/12 E is a high‑current, high‑voltage diode and thyristor mixed module in a compact SEMIPACK 1 housing, designed to handle up to 106 A average forward current and up to 1200 V repetitive off‑state voltage. With five pins and hard‑soldered joints on an aluminium‑oxide ceramic‑isolated metal baseplate, it offers rugged mounting and efficient heat dissipation for demanding industrial power applications. Its combination of diode and SCR elements makes it suitable for controlled rectification and phase‑angle control tasks.
