The Festo VUWG-L10-M52-M-M5 is a 5/2 monostable pneumatic control valve from the VUWG series, used to control the direction of compressed air in automation systems. It is commonly installed in machine panels to operate pneumatic cylinders where a reliable return position is required when power is removed. This valve is designed for everyday industrial use. It does one job clearly: accurately switch airflow and return to its default position using a spring mechanism.
As a 5/2 monostable valve, it has 5 ports and 2 switching positions. When the valve is actuated, air is redirected to move the connected actuator. When the signal is removed, the internal spring pushes the valve back to its normal position.
It is mainly used in systems that need controlled motion with a defined rest position.
