SMC C85 Pneumatic Cylinders
SMC C85 cylinders conform to ISO 6432 and CETOP RP52P standards, offer 100% mounting repeatability accuracy, incorporate abrasion-resistant seals, and a replaceable piston rod seal. The cylinders are corrosion-resistant, with the barrel and piston rod manufactured from stainless steel, double-swaged anodised aluminium end caps, and offer an exceptional service life. The double-swaged end caps provide an air tight seal. The cylinders offer high dust resistance through the use of a specially-designed and unique dust seal, making SMC C85 pneumatic cylinders suitable for use in extremely dusty environments. A low friction design that incorporates elastomer cushion seals allows the the cylinders to operate at speeds up to 1500 mm/s. C85 cylinders are suppied with a piston rod locknut and nose-mounting nut; installation is made easy through the use of large spanner flats and the space-saving design.

ISO 21287 Cylinders - Flexible Cushsioning
FESTO ADN series of compact pneumatic cylinders comply with ISO 21287 and are up to 50% smaller than standard ISO 15552 cylinders. Pistons are magnetic and the body has integrated slots for proximity switch contactless position detection.
Cylinders are fitted with Flexible polymer end cushioning helping to reduces noise and vibration, prolongs service life and increase production and productivity.
Features and Benefits
Complies with ISO 21287
Slots for flush mounting proximity sensors
Choice of 12mm to 40mm bore sizes
Low friction design
Cushioning requires no adjustment
Applications
ADN compact cylinders are suitable for a wide range of pneumatic applications with small loads, low speeds requiring a small cushioning capacity
FESTO ADN Series
The Festo ADNGF series compact cylinder has a double-acting actuator with self-adjusting pneumatic end-position cushioning. The piston rod has a diameter of 32mm which secured against rotation by means of guide rods and yoke plate.

CP96-C Double Acting Cylinder
The SMC CP96-C series double-acting pneumatic cylinders feature both air and bumper cushioning. Using both air and bumper cushioning reduces the length of the cushion stroke reducing cycle time and the noise at the end of the stroke. CP96-C cylinder bodies are grooved on four sides to allow the easy fitting of CNOMO or SMC M9 and A9 position sensors. Sensors can simply be slid into position from either end of the profile actuator body.
