The Hutchinson 207402 bonded seal is a bi-material sealing washer combining a mild steel ring with an inner rubber sealing element made of PC851 compound. With a bore of 36.7 mm, a 46.0 mm outer diameter and a thickness of 2 mm, it is optimised for sealing under bolt heads, screws, and pipe couplings in both high- and low-pressure systems. Withstanding temperatures from –30 °C to +120 °C (with a peak of +120 °C), it offers reusability, mechanical robustness, and reliable sealing performance under repeated service conditions.
The 207402 bonded sealing washer stands apart by integrating a metal washer and elastomeric seal in one unit, enabling repeatable use, excellent compression handling, and consistent sealing under varying thermal and pressure conditions.
