The Vishay Semiconductor P4SMA12A-E3/61 series is a surface-mount Zener diode designed to respond efficiently to overvoltage. This discrete semiconductor TVS diode is soldered against circuit boards and absorbs irregular voltage from the given interfaces. This 16.7V clamp 24A Ipp TVS diode surface mount DO-214AC (SMA) protects equipment by preventing malfunctions by suppressing short-pulse voltage/electricity. It features an operating temperature range of -65 °C to 150 °C with cut tape (CT) and tape and reel (TR) packaging. Moreover, it carries 11.4 V of minimum breakdown voltage, while the typical reverse standoff voltage includes 10.2 V. In addition, it is a general-purpose circuit protection TVS diode with a single unidirectional channel.
