The Festo SIEN-4B-PS-K-L is a compact inductive proximity sensor designed to detect metal objects at very short distances. It is used where space is limited and precise positioning matters. This type of sensor is commonly installed in compact machines, assembly fixtures, and automated equipment where larger sensors simply do not fit. It operates on a 10-30 V DC supply and provides a PNP normally open output, making it simple to integrate into standard industrial control systems.
