The Festo CRSMT-8M-PS-24V-K-5,0-OE is a PNP proximity sensor designed for position detection in pneumatic and automation systems. It is commonly used to detect piston movement in cylinders and moving machine parts without physical contact. It fits easily into standard industrial control circuits and PLC inputs.
