Ideal for reheating and baking. Puff pastry anything, even all spud/tater tots come out better with this. I love them so much for crostini. it also created great bread with little dimples that make French bread look like it just came out of the bakery. The price is reasonable for this foil, and I am happy with this purchase from enrgtech.
