The Vishay CNY64B is a high-performance optocoupler featuring a phototransistor output and an exceptionally high isolation voltage of 8.2 kV. Housed in a specialised 4-pin plastic DIP package, it utilises a gallium arsenide infrared-emitting diode optically coupled to a phototransistor with a physical distance of over 3mm between input and output.
