This product is shrink-wrapped in a very tight mini roll. I use this on a 12 volt tunnel under the road and a 14' remote gate setup for gate lock power protection. The latter needs 18 feet long, and especially in cold weather, this has a memory. Now, I would characterize this paper as "the Anaconda from hell" to work with, so I recommend removing it and putting it in the warmest room, and stretching it for the more controllable product. Soaking in hot water will be better. seen later.
