Full testing and analysis from our ASTM and ISO certified laboratory and support from our in-house lab chemists and experts in analytical chemistry and lubricant condition monitoring
We look at the fluid properties like viscosity, contamination, and wear debris to determine any wear issues or leaks within the machinery
Once the analysis is complete, a clear report is issued to help you make the most of the results to help maintain and troubleshoot the reliability of your machines

What is the process?
The fluid sample is extracted using the kit
The oil sample pot is posted to the lab in a pre-paid envelope
The RS PRO Lab analyses samples
The data is reviewed and interpreted, and the final analysis report is compiled and then returned to the customer within 3 working days of receipt of the sample by our laboratory
