Introducing glass reinforced polyester wall box enclosures from our own brand RS PRO, a range of high quality wall box enclosures ideal for use as an electrical enclosure for housing electrical components or as a general storage box.
This selection of durable wall boxes is manufactured from fibre glass reinforced polyester which is moulded by heat compression, offering a long lasting enclosure that features self-extinguishing capabilities, a high impact resistance and electromagnetic compatibility to protect electronics communications. The IP66 rating featured ensures protection from dust and water ingress, making it ideal for use both indoor and outdoor. The galvanised steel mounting panel included allows you to safely secure the box to a wall or surface, whilst offering an enhanced level of protection.
This range of RS PRO wall boxes include a large door with a 180º hinge, with the option of reversible installation allowing for right or left hand opening. The anti-intruder hinge system provides security by preventing break ins and keeping the contents secure. The door also includes a lock adding an extra level of security, with other lock options available. The door also features a transparent glazed window allowing you to easily view the contents of the wall box, making it perfect for troubleshooting without having to open the enclosure.
