BOS 12M Series Tubular Optical Sensors The 12M series of Tubular optical sensors are used for the most common applications. All of these sensors diffuse, retroreflective or thru-beam are designed in the same housing as a typical inductive proximity sensor (M12x1). This means that optical and inductive proximity sensors are mechanically and electrically compatible. For installation all the 12M compact series require is a drilled hole.
