DFM Compact Guided Cylinders Festo DFM compact guided cylinders are available in various sizes to suit many applications. The sturdy and precise construction is maintenance free and is highly resistant to torque and lateral external forces. The DFM series of guided actuators have flexible cushioning plates to reduce noise during operation and increase service life. All integrated mounting for proximity sensors and a choice of supply port positioning. Guide Variations DFM guided cylinders are available with either plain bearing or recirculating ball bearing guides. Plain bearing units feature two large guide rods and four plain bearings for excellent to lateral forces. Recirculating ball bearing units are ideal for applications where torque loads are present.
