The Festo QSL-1/4-10 is a pneumatic elbow adaptor used to connect a 10 mm plastic air tube to a male R 1/4 threaded port. It is designed for situations where straight fittings won’t fit, especially in compact pneumatic systems or crowded control panels. This fitting is generally used in industrial compressed-air setups where clean routing, quick installation, and reliable sealing matter most.
One side of the fitting uses a push-in connection for 10 mm tubing, allowing the tube to be inserted and removed quickly, tool-free. The other side has an R 1/4 male thread for direct mounting into valves, cylinders, manifolds, or air preparation units.
The QSL series is built for everyday industrial use. The body is made from a durable engineering plastic, while the threaded section is metal to ensure a secure, stable connection. Internal sealing components are designed to prevent air leakage under normal operating pressures.
It works well wherever a 10 mm tube needs to be routed at a right angle without kinking or unnecessary strain.
