The Festo QSC-10-50 is a pneumatic tubing cap designed to seal the open end of a 10 mm tube. It is mainly used to block unused pneumatic lines during installation, maintenance, or system changes. By closing the tube end properly, it helps prevent air leaks, dust ingress, and accidental contamination inside the pneumatic circuit. This cap is typically utilised in compressed air systems where lines may be temporarily or permanently unused but still need to remain clean and secure.
Made from PBT plastic, the cap is lightweight, durable, and suitable for standard industrial pneumatic environments. It fits directly onto 10 mm tubing without tools, adhesives, or additional fittings.
This tubing cap is often used when pneumatic layouts change, spare lines are left in place, or systems are installed in stages. Instead of removing unused tubing completely, the open end can be safely sealed.
