Acceleration sensors for difficult environmental conditions — BG2166
The acceleration sensors are manufactured on the basis of MEMS-based differential capacitors and are equally suitable for measuring acceleration, vibration and inclination. The sensor is characterised by a long service life, minimal drifts and great long-term stability. The special housing material makes it resistant to many environmental influences and chemicals.
Acceleration sensors - type 2166
These transmitters are to be used where accelerations or measurement parameters based on these are to be measured, such as inclination, rotation movements, translational movements and line movements comprising these. The acceleration transmitter consists of the actual sensor element made of a micro-mechanically manufactured differential capacitor. This element is characterised by a long service life, minimal drifts and great long-term stability. As a result of operating acceleration forces, the two capacities of the capacitor are changed in opposition to each other. This is recorded in an electronic circuit and assessed appropriately.
