Standard Converters These standard converters are reliable pneumatic fittings. This range has a 1/4 inch female port and includes mounting bracket and connector plug. There is minimal vibration from this converter and it also has the benefit of being sensitive to low pressures. Proportional converters have a glass reinforced nylon cover and nitrile diaphragms. This range of pneumatic pressure control proportional converters provide excellent pressure control providing oil free, dry air filtered to 5μm. Integral volume booster gives flow rates up to 4·72 dm 3 /s, 10scfm Response time typically 2 seconds (10-90%) Low supply pressure sensitivity 1/4 inch female port connection Supplied with DIN43650 connector plug Note *Inlet pressure must be at least 0.7 bar above output pressure I/P & E/P Converters I/P converters are electro-pneumatic instruments that will change pneumatic pressures in response to varying electrical current and voltage input signals. They have extensive application potential in both industrial and process systems, for control of cylinders, valves, valve positioners, relays, brakes and clutches. The converters can be mounted in control rooms or in the field, and have zero and span settings that are adjustable from the front face of the instrument. Failsafe converters are available which will cause the output pressure to fall to

ITV2010-01F2BS3, SMC

ITV series Electro-pneumatic pressure regulator range from SMC. ITV series regulators allow proportional control of the regulators output pressure with an electrical input signal. Increasing the input signal will increase the pilot pressure operating a diaphragm controlling air between the supply and output pressure ports. The pressure at the output port will continue to rise until the feedback from the pressure sensor shows the output pressure to be proportional to the input signal. Near zero air consumption at set pressure Temperature range +5°C to +50°C Analogue output 1 to 5 Vdc LED three digit pressure display IP65 rated enclosure Energy consumption of 4w or less Zero and span can be set without supply pressure present Without cable Note Cable available under RS stock numbers 700-7522 for the 'S' type and 700-7531 for the 'L' type, available via web only

Compact Series ITV0000 Compact Series ITV0000 Electro-Pneumatic Pressure Regulators work on the principle that when the input signal rises, the air supply solenoid valve turns on. As a result, part of the supply pressure passes through the air supply solenoid valve, and changes to output pressure. This output pressure then feeds back to the control circuit through the pressure sensor. Pressure corrections within the ITV0000 continue until the output pressure becomes proportional to the input signal, enabling output pressure that is proportional to the input signal.
