I purchased this pump on July 27, 2021. I wasn't sure if it would be a good buy or not. But the plus was that he would get it quickly and the price was reasonable. I usually get these types of home maintenance items at big box builder supply stores, but I decided to take a chance with Enrgtech. It has worked very well so far. We've had a number of big storms since I bought it. Some of the storms have created small ponds in the back of our property. But our basement stayed dry thanks to this pump. I had to cut an inch and a half off the downpipe to get it to fit properly, but I expected that because the profile and design of sump pumps change all the time and the one I was replacing was 17 years old. I hope this lasts just as long. So far I am very satisfied with its performance and recommend it.
