The Fluke 80PK-25 is a Type K penetration temperature probe used to measure internal temperatures of soft and semi-solid materials. It is commonly used for checking food, rubber, plastic, foam, soil, and other materials where surface temperatures are insufficient. It covers most routine industrial, lab, and field testing needs.
