The SMU4000 Series provides class leading performance at a new and affordable price point for a four quadrant SMU. 8 EasySet configurations give users quick setup for Power Supply, Current Source, Load, Voltmeter, Ammeter, Ohmeter, Insulation Resistance meter and Leakage current meter. The Aim-TTi PowerFlex Autorange system provides a semi constant power characteristic so that the current capability rises as the voltage reduces. The SMU4000 achieves full instrument output power across the voltage range, unlike conventional SMUs where the maximum power can only be achieved at the top of each voltage range. Combining high current and power with fast measurements and low glitch auto ranging speed, the SMU4000 Series has built-in sweep functions including: Constant and pulsed sweep operation, double sweep functions and linear & logarithmic. Test Bridge SMU that provides full programmable control of multiple SMU’s alongside additional enhanced features is available for free download.
