The Keithley 2460 High-Current Source Meter (SMU) is a precision instrument designed for rigorous testing of high-power devices. With the versatility to source and measure both current and voltage over wide ranges, it’s ideal for characterising semiconductors, power electronics, solar cells, LEDs, batteries and modules. The 2460 delivers up to 100 W of output power, supporting source/sink (four-quadrant) operation, making it capable not only of sourcing voltage or current but also absorbing (sinking) power when required.
