The Fluke 721EX is a pressure calibrator explicitly designed for intrinsically safe (hazardous) environments. It is used when you need to check, adjust, or troubleshoot low-differential-pressure instruments without risking sparks or ignition. This model includes two built-in sensors: one for low pressure up to 1.1 bar and another for higher pressure up to 6.9 bar. It is commonly used in oil and gas plants, chemical processing, and other explosive environments where normal test instruments cannot be used safely.
This calibrator removes the need to connect external pressure modules for most jobs. You can switch between low and high pressure directly from the same unit.
The Fluke 721EX is built for rough environments. It is solid, sealed, and made to survive regular plant work. The screen is bright and easy to read in poor lighting. The buttons are responsive and straightforward, even with gloves. It is designed so technicians can walk into live hazardous zones, perform pressure checks, and walk out without changing tools or setups.
This calibrator is primarily used for calibration, verification, and troubleshooting, not just for basic pressure readings.
