The Fluke I17XX-BNC-M2F is a current clamp connection cable explicitly designed for Fluke 17xx Series Power Quality instruments and the PQ400 electrical measurement window. Its job is simple: provide a stable, clean signal path between the clamp and the analyser so your readings stay accurate and reliable. This cable is used in power quality testing, where loose or unreliable connections can compromise data integrity. It exists to remove that risk.
It connects BNC-type current clamps to compatible Fluke power quality analysers using a secure male-to-female layout. Once connected, it ensures a consistent signal flow during long monitoring sessions.
During multi-hour or multi-day power quality studies, cables get moved, bent, and stressed. This cable is built to handle that without affecting test results. The insulation and connectors stay firm even in active electrical rooms and industrial panels. It is typically used in substations, distribution boards, and plant-level monitoring systems, where equipment runs continuously.
It allows technicians to take readings without opening live panels every time, improving safety and workflow speed.
