The Raytech M agic Gel is a two-component dielectric sealing and potting gel engineered for low-voltage electrical systems. It combines ultra-low viscosity with fast cross-linking to thoroughly encapsulate joints, connectors, and electronics, achieving IP68 protection when housed appropriately. This potting compound is re-enterable (i.e. removable for servicing), non-toxic, and capable of withstanding temperatures from –60 °C to +200 °C (with short excursions up to 250 °C). Often used in cable splices, junction boxes, and enclosure potting, Magic Gel helps protect against moisture, vibration, and contaminants without the thermal stress of traditional resins.
