The Festo VUWS-L30-M32C-M-G38 is a 3/2-way pneumatic control valve used to start, stop, or redirect compressed air in basic pneumatic systems. It is a normally closed, monostable valve, meaning air flow only opens when the valve is actuated and returns to its default position automatically. This valve is typically used in industrial automation applications where reliable and straightforward air control is required without complex logic or electronics.
In normal conditions, the air supply remains closed. When the valve is activated, compressed air is allowed to flow to the actuator or cylinder. Once the signal is removed, the valve returns to its closed position using spring return.
The valve is built in a compact L30 body size, making it easy to install in control panels or near actuators. The G3/8 pneumatic port connection provides sufficient airflow for medium-sized cylinders and pneumatic devices.
