The Festo U-1/4 pneumatic silencer reduces exhaust noise from compressed air systems. It is fitted directly to pneumatic valves or ports through which air is released during operation. By slowing and diffusing the outgoing air, it helps lower noise levels without affecting system performance. This silencer is commonly used in industrial air systems where equipment runs continuously, and noise control is needed on the shop floor.
Made from polyoxymethylene (POM), the body is lightweight but durable enough for regular industrial use. It is designed to handle operating pressures up to 10 bar, making it suitable for standard pneumatic applications.
