The Festo QSW-8HL is a push-in pneumatic elbow connector used to join two 8 mm tubes at a right angle. It’s designed for situations where straight fittings won’t fit or where tubing needs to turn cleanly inside compact pneumatic assemblies. This fitting is typically used in automation panels, machinery, and air distribution systems where space is limited and clean tube routing matters.
Both sides of the adaptor accept 8 mm push-in tubing, allowing quick installation without tools. You simply push the tube in, and it locks securely in place. The elbow design helps reduce tube stress and keeps air lines neat, rather than forcing sharp bends.
The QSW-8HL is made for regular industrial pneumatic systems. It holds tubing firmly under pressure while allowing easy removal when maintenance or layout changes are needed. The body is compact, which helps when fittings are installed close together.
