The Festo QSW-1/4-10 is a threaded-to-tube pneumatic elbow adaptor that connects a push-in airline to a threaded port at a right angle. It has an R 1/4 male thread on one side and a 10 mm push-in connection on the other, making it useful where space is limited and straight fittings won’t work. This fitting is generally used in compressed air systems where hose routing needs to turn cleanly without stressing the tubing or the port.
The push-in side allows fast tube installation without tools, while the threaded side provides a secure mechanical connection to valves, cylinders, or manifolds. Once installed, the elbow holds the tube firmly in place and maintains an airtight seal under normal operating pressure.
The adaptor is designed for consistent airflow and long-term use in industrial pneumatic systems. It handles vibration and regular pressure cycles without loosening when installed correctly.
