In the field of rechargeable batteries, a standard has been set by the Yuasa NP series batteries by exceeding in quality and performance. These NP series lead-acid batteries have a perfectly sealed construction and recombination of gases within the cell which makes them maintenance-free.
NP series lead-acid battery has an electrolyte suspension system which includes a microfine glass matt. The AGM is useful for retaining the maximum number of electrolytes within the cell. The battery system is designed with a low-pressure venting system, which opens when there is an excess number of gases filled up and reseals automatically once the excess gases have been eliminated.
