The Polymaker PD01007 TPU 95A filament is designed for printing flexible, durable parts that bend without breaking. With a 2.85 mm diameter and Shore hardness of 95A, it sits in the sweet spot between flexibility and strength. This makes it suitable for everyday functional prints rather than decorative models. It is typically used when rigid PLA or ABS won’t survive repeated movement, impact, or vibration.
This filament produces parts that feel rubber-like but still hold their shape. Once printed, the material returns to its original form rather than cracking or snapping.
Polymaker’s TPU is designed to print more smoothly than many flexible filaments. It feeds consistently when printer settings are properly tuned and does not feel overly soft during extrusion. This helps reduce common TPU issues, such as filament buckling or inconsistent flow.
