Each pump is compatible with our range of high-pressure cylinders, and can operate one or more cylinders dependant on pump usable oil capacity and cylinder oil capacity. Piston rods are chrome plated to prevent corrosion and the use of pressure activated anti-extrusion seals, enhance performance and reliability
Heavy duty return springs, assist single acting pistons to retract fully. Steel stop rings further increase a cylinders capacity to withstand side loads and restrain the piston at full extension
All port connections are 3/8 in. NPT and each cylinder is fitted with a high flow, quick release, female half coupler as standard

Hi-Force aluminium-bodied HP hydraulic pumps are ideal for independent, portable hydraulic solutions where a light weight, durable, and strong pump is required. The two-speed pumps are capable of providing an operating pressure up to 700 bar, are available ready to use (pre-filled with hydraulic oil), incorporate an external pressure relief valve, and a factory set safety relief valve.
