Cleaning Solution:
The liquid junction of electrodes should ideally be cleaned once a day or at least once a week to prevent clogging and to maintain accuracy.
Storage Solution:
This storage solution is prepared with high grade Potassium Chloride and Potassium Hydrogen Phthalate by titration with NIST 2201 standardized Silver Nitrate and NIST 84j standardized Sodium Hydroxide Solution respectively. Both solutions are supplied in 460ml bottles.

Dosage pumps with high chemical resistance
Blackstone pumps are designed for industrial use. Easy to install, with wide, flat bases and mounting holes to allow for tank, shelf or floor mounting (horizontal mounting). Mounting holes are also available on the rear of the pump. The external flow control (the potentiometer) on the front of the pump allows for adjustment of flow from 0 to 100% of the nominal capacity of the pump. An LED indicator lights up on every pulse. These pumps are manufactured to the highest degree of mechanical precision, with materials selected for their intrinsic abilities to withstand chemical attacks. The diaphragm is made from PTFE which, unlike regular laminated diaphragms, is wear resistant. The balls are made from glass. The pump heads and o-rings are made from Kynar®, PTFE or Viton®. Blackstone pumps are fitted in such a way as to be completely hermetically sealed, with protection against splashing and accidental spillages. The reinforced polypropylene housing withstands chemical attacks and offers superior strength, suited to challenging industrial environments.
