Deep Groove Ball Bearings FAG from Schaeffler deep groove ball bearings are versatile, self-retaining bearings with solid outer rings, inner rings and ball and cage assemblies. These products are of simple design, durable in operation and easy to maintain. They are available in single and double row designs and in open and sealed variants. Due to the production technology used, open bearings can still have turned recesses on the outer ring for seals or shields. Features and Benefits • Low noise levels • Improved sealing • Lower friction • Cost-effective Product Application Information Open bearings are suitable for high speeds. Due to the manufacturing process, they have turned recesses for sealing washers and sealing shields. Suffixes 2Z - Gap seals on both sides. These bearings are greased using a high-quality grease, lubricated for life and suitable for high speeds 2HRS - Lip seals on both sides made from nitrile butadiene rubber. These bearings have an improved sealing function and retention in the outer ring. They are greased using a high-quality grease, lubricated for life and suitable for moderate speeds 2BRS - Non-contact seals on both sides. Their friction level is as low as with the gap seals. In addition, they offer better protection against the ingress of dust and the escape of lubricant 2RSR - Lip seals on both sides made from nitrile butadiene rubber NBR and are suitable for moderate speeds C - Modified internal construction in Generation C FAG

Radial Insert Ball Bearings with Eccentric Locking Collar INA from Schaeffler classic radial insert ball bearings are located on the shaft with a locking collar. They are suitable for bearing arrangements with a constant direction of rotation or, under low speed and load, for an alternating direction of rotation. The locking collar is preferably tightened in the direction of rotation and secured with a grub screw. This location method prevents damage to the shaft and can be easily loosened again. The P seal is two zinc-coated sheet steel washers with intermediate NBR part, seal lip axially preloaded. The R seal is two zinc-coated sheet steel washers extended outwards and angled downwards with intermediate NBR part and radially preloaded seal lip. Better protection against mechanical damage. Substantial grease reservoir due to the space between the extended and angled sheet steel washers. Used in radial insert ball bearings with inner ring extended on both sides. To protect the seal lip from mechanical damage, the outer sheet steel washer extends a considerable distance down towards the bearing inner ring. In addition to bearings with a spherical outer ring (GRAE..-NPP-B and GE..-KRR-B), there are also cylindrical (RAE..-NPP and RALE..-NPP) Features and Benefits • Lower operating costs • Reduced maintenance due to improved lubrication • Lower heat generation • Less noise • Protected against fretting corrosion • Shaft diameters from 12 mm to 60 mm (RAE..NPP) and (GRAE..-NPP-B) • Shaft diameters from 20 mm to 30 mm (RALE..NPP) • Shaft diameters from 17 mm to 120 m...

Deep Groove Ball Bearings Deep groove ball bearings are versatile. They are simple in design, non-separable, suitable for high speeds and are robust in operation, requiring little maintenance. Because deep groove ball bearings are the most widely used bearing type, they are available from SKF in many designs, variants and sizes. Product Application Information SKF single and double row deep groove ball bearings have deep, uninterrupted raceway grooves. These raceway grooves have a close osculation with the balls, enabling the bearings to accommodate radial loads and axial loads in both directions. Single row deep groove ball bearings are available open or capped (with seals or shields). Double row deep groove ball bearings are only available as open bearings (without seals or shields). Suffixes 2RS1 - Contact seal, NBR, on one or both sides 2Z - Shield on one or both sides C3 - Radial internal clearance greater than normal 2RZ - Non-contact seal, NBR, on one or both sides SKF

SKF E2 Energy Efficient Bearings SKF E2 Energy Efficient Bearings are deep-groove, shielded, ultra-low friction bearings that feature an optimised design, balanced between internal geometry, grease and cage type. With 30 to 50% lower friction when compared with standard SKF bearings, the energy savings achievable when using SKF Energy Efficient Bearings are substantial, and the bearing life is extended significantly - in most cases more than double. SKF E2 Energy Efficient Bearings offer ultra-low friction and typically generate less heat and can operate at higher speeds than ISO or SKF Explorer Bearings. Dimensionally fully-compatible with standard bearings Typical applications for SKF Energy Efficient Bearings include: Electric motors up to 37kW (50HP) Light to medium-loaded machines with shaft diameters up to 60mm Excellent drop-in replacement for in-service electric motors

SKF Stainless Steel Deep Groove Ball Bearings In the food and beverage industry, it is important to prevent bacterial growth on the machinery and reduce the risk of lubrication contaminating the product. Certified food grade lubricants are recommended. SKF Stainless Steel Deep Groove Ball Bearings are filled with H1 NSF certified food grade grease. They are corrosion resistant in environments where moisture exists and so are an excellent choice for this industry. Accommodating radial loads and axial loads in both directions, they have a lower load carrying capacity than other bearings and are made from high chromium steel. Features and Benefits •Resistant to corrosion in moist environments •Versatile Product Application Information Ideal for use in the pharmaceutical, chemical, medical, printing, engines/pumps, offshore/marine and the food and beverage industry.

Double Row - Angular Contact - Sealed Type Angular Contact Bearings are ideally suited to applications requiring high rotating speeds, combined radial and axial loads and a high degree of stiffness and running accuracy. High Performance - They have a high load carrying capacity and thus allow smaller bearings to be used while still providing long service life Quieter and Cooler Running - With their optimal inner geometry, they run quieter and cooler and can tolerate longer maintenance intervals Precise Shaft Guidance - Due to precision manufacturing processes, almost all SKF angular contacts exceed standard tolerances, to provide a smoother, truer running shaft with less heat and fewer vibrations High Temperature Capability - They can withstand relatively high operating temperatures without significant loss of dimensional stability. Integral Sealing Solution - Double-row angular contact ball bearings, with integral seals, are supplied with grease and do not require maintenance. MT33 grease has an operating temperature range of -30 to +120°C
