RS PRO 5 μm Water Filter Cartridge
This water filter cartridge from the trusted RS PRO range is designed for use with the CalHouse water filter housing kit, also available from RS PRO (738-2716).
The cartridge contains a cotton and polypropylene (PP) filter matrix that traps particles as water passes through it. It removes chlorine, as well as dirt and sediment as small as 5 microns in size. This means it removes bad smells and tastes and improves the quality of your drinking water. The cartridge has a diameter of 2.5 inches and is rated for use at temperatures of approximately +30°C. It has a maximum flow rate of 30 litres per minute, so it's highly efficient.
This cartridge filter is easy to replace at a recommended frequency of twice a year. It's used to filter water in domestic settings, office buildings and industrial workplaces.
