Nickel Shielding
An electrically conductive coating based on nickel powder in a thermoplastic coating for use as an EMI/RFI screening coating. Can be used to coat the inside of computer cabinets.
Fast drying, touch dry after 5 mins, maximum conductivity after 24 hrs
Excellent surface resistivity (0.3 to 0.7Ω per sq. at 50 microns)
Enhanced adhesion to a wide variety of substrates including ABS and many other plastics
Wide operating temperature range (-40°C to +95°C)
Excellent attenuation levels
Some substrates e.g. polypropylene may require a suitable primer
