OSLON SSL 150 4+ PowerStar LED Arrays The Oslon 150 4+ PowerStar series of LED arrays, from Intelligent LED Solutions, feature 4 Oslon SSL 150 ThinGan (UX:3) LEDs. Utilising Osram’s latest power chip technology, they remain cool at drive currents of up to 1000mA, additionally a low thermal resistance of 7 K/W ensures cool running and a highly efficient product. Oslon 150 4+ PowerStars are compact, powerful LED light sources built on aluminium substrates for optimal thermal management. LZ1 Series 5W LED Emitter Modules The LZ1 Series LED modules feature a 5W LED emitter mounted on LedEngin’s standard single channel MCPCB.
