Working from the office or remotely, You’re responsible for clients and merchant acquisition by scaling the relationships with existing and new clients and merchants to diversify our e-commerce offerings. Thus, you must have a sharp commercial acumen in order to be successful in this role. You must fully understand our target clients and clients and merchants’ business needs.

Your responsibilities:

  • Identify e-commerce opportunities that best utilize Enrgtech’s infrastructure and solutions to meet target clients and merchants’ business needs and requirements and manage the accounts of existing clients and merchants
  • Responsible for portfolio growth via aggressive merchant acquisition, sales and relationship management activities including reviewing and analysing clients and merchants’ sales performance and profitability
  • Prospect new accounts and manage a portfolio of accounts primarily covering the spectrum spanning across all verticals in our industrial, conduct market research on clients and merchants’ products
  • Attend to new/potential merchant enquiries, process new clients and merchants’ applications, assist in the training and e-commerce system setup for clients and merchants, communicate proactively with clients and merchants on business issues and opportunities
  • Co-ordinate and execute strategic sales & marketing or promotional campaigns with clients and merchants to increase their brand awareness and uplift online sales conversions
  • Draft and update merchant partnership agreements and ensure they are in compliance with company’s policies and procedures as well as legitimate
  • Ensure appropriate merchant metrics are generated, data is accurate and reporting deadlines are met on a timely basis, issues are escalated to the correct department
  • Track on outstanding payments of merchant accounts and ensure A/R are within the set time frame
  • Issue invoice of services rendered and identify inactive/dormant accounts for reactivation
  • Manage the warehousing and logistics operations internally and externally

You are:

  • A great business developer with strong sales acumen who can wow your clients and merchants and get them to take the desired actions
  • Capable of working independently, multi-tasking and meeting tight deadlines
  • Comfortable with working in a start-up environment
  • Fast learner and team player with a can-do attitude
  • Fun and out-going and good at knowing what works best on the Internet
  • Good at relationship management, communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent in drafting business proposals with strong business writing skills
  • Good at analysing and understanding revenue, costs, margins or ROI or financial statements

You have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree or above in any disciplines would be preferred, alternatively a solid experience in sales and digital marketing
  • 2-4 years of experience in E-commerce or Digital Marketing
  • Excellent communication skills (English,is a MUST)
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and an excellent team player
  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to sustain effective relations internally and externally at all levels
  • Basic technical skills and e-commerce operations functionalities
